About Us
Watts Constructors, LLC A Weitz Company is a fast-growing construction company serving the Pacific Rim and beyond.  Our expertise includes diverse areas of construction:  design-build, marine waterfront, fuel systems, utilities, historic preservation, seismic upgrades and much more.  With a wide range of technical capability and geographic reach, we pride ourselves on delivering quality projects within our client's budget and schedule.

Watts is dedicated to developing and building environmentally responsible structures and promoting environments that improve the quality of life and work.  That is why we currently employ 20 LEED Accredited employees.

We are proudly affiliated with the following groups which allow us to remain connected to the quickly evolving construction industry: General Contractors Association of Hawaii, Associate General Contractors (AGC) of America, and  the Society of American Military Engineers.

History
Watts Constructors was formed in 1993 as a woman-owned small business operating primarily as a subcontractor in the San Francisco Bay Area.  A merger with The Weitz Company in 2006, a national construction company, provided Watts with greater bonding capacity and resources.

Watts Constructors has grown into an established provider of construction services ranging in scope from simple utility projects, to large waterfront reconstruction, and now large vertical construction projects. This growth has resulted in the establishment of offices in Guam, Hawaii, Florida, Washington, and Colorado. In June 2007, Watts Constructors relocated our corporate office to Honolulu, Hawaii to better serve our markets.  Watts Constructors has built projects for numerous State and Federal agencies, including the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, and the National Park Service, in addition to private companies.

During this growth, we have expanded both our office and field staff, and have built a team of experienced engineers, project managers, superintendents, and safety professionals who can respond to the challenges that often rise in construction.

The Weitz Company is an employee owned company. Employee ownership has intensified our focus on safety and quality as all employees have the pride of ownership attached to each job.
