The project consists of demolishing existing Taxiway A-3 and constructing a new Taxiway and Apron to better support the Replace Fuel System project.  Essentially the Air Force needs more space to park aircraft for refueling. The Keyhole scope consists of approximately 5,500 cubic yards (CY) of PCC pavement (which will be slip formed), as well as asphalt shoulders, associated taxiway lighting, striping,
and water line and storm drain work.
