This project was a fast track Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) for the 115kV and 230kV interconnect transmission lines for the Los Medanos Energy Center (LMEC) and Delta Energy Center (DEC). Both plants are combined cycle cogeneration plants. The LMEC plant is 500MW and the DEC plant is 880MW.
