The project included constructing a new employee-housing complex on an undeveloped site adjacent to historic Curry Village in Yosemite National Park. Complex includes 22 one or two-story residential structures, 4 structures housing shared facilities (the Commons building), a Wellness Center, one outbuilding for employee storage and other miscellaneous small structures and fences. Fire water, potable water, wastewater, sewage, propane gas, electrical power, heat pump thermal dispersion field piping, data and communications conduit and wiring, fencing, parking lots and roadways, and overall site development are included in the project.
