The Louis Vuitton Global Store at Tumon Sands Plaza, Guam is located at Tumon Sands Plaza on San Vitores Road, Tumon, Guam. Phase one of this project had a duration of approximately 5 months and consists of excavation, backfilling, construction of footings and sub-structural works including removal of underground obstructions and surplus soil where necessary. The project includes construction of the structural framing for a two-story main building with an approximate floor area of 10,000 square feet, and a remote generator and equipment room including waterproofing at roof areas. In addition, there will be construction of necessary services and facilities including primary duct banks, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and fresh water system including manholes, catch basins and service connections. Phase 2 of the project was for the build out of the retail interior space including all high end fixtures, finishes and lighting.
