Clear Water Rinse Facility & Resurface Taxiway "M", Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii

The scope of work includes two separate projects to resurface Taxiway M which connects the Hawaii Air National Guard compound to Honolulu International Airport, and construct a new aircraft rinse facility for fighter jets. The work includes cold planing of an active taxiway, asphalt resurfacing of an active taxiway, earthwork, excavation, embankment, underground utilities to include sewer and water, underground electrical ductbank, placing of sub-base and aggregate base for asphalt and concrete pavements, taxilane construction, aboveground stainless steel process piping, new water pumps, aboveground water monitors, refurbishment of aboveground jet fuel tanks to water tank utilization, underground solid settling tank and oil water separator, programmed logic control (PLC) system to control the rinsing of the aircraft, motor controlled valves, multiple pumps, stainless steel piping, underground and above ground electrical distribution including a pad mounted transformer, and incidental related work.
