The work performed by Watts Constructors, LLC included the removal and repair of damaged pile tops, replacement of damaged piling by installation of new timber piling, splicing of timber piles, replacement of timber pile caps and stringers, replacement of damaged missing timber bracing, removal of the existing timber fender system and installation of a new concrete fender system removal of portions of existing concrete bull rail and installation of a removable timber bullrail, removal and replacement of damaged asphalt concrete pavement of deck, and all incidental related work. This project is an excellent and recent example of Watts Constructors' ability to execute difficult projects. The project was delivered in 14,000 man hours worked with zero first aid and zero injuries.
