This project involved the construction of an 11 MGD municipal water treatment plant including water treatment process equipment, metal building, sludge drying beds, recycle storage pond, modification to the Ranney Wall (source of potable water for City of Port Angeles), and tie-in to the City of Port Angeles SCADA system. This project was the first major construction project for the Elwha River Restoration Project.
